By signing up, you agree to these terms. Keep your account secure, provide accurate info, and let us know if anything seems off.
Pricing & Payment
Simple, consumption-based pricing:

No refunds for consumed AI queries. Billing happens monthly.
Your Content & Data
You Own Your Stuff
All your tasks, notes, and content belong to you. We just store and process it to make Bonjour work. We won't sell it, share it with other teams, or use it for anything besides running the service.
How AI Uses Your Data
The AI assistant learns from your team's data only. It doesn't share insights between teams. Think of it like a team member who reads your shared feed.

What You Can't Do
Pretty straightforward stuff:
• Use Bonjour for illegal activities
• Post harmful or abusive content
• Try to hack or break the service
• Access other teams' data
• Resell Bonjour without permission

If Things Go Wrong
Termination
We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can close your account anytime. Either way:
- • You're still responsible for charges before closing
- • You can export your data within 30 days
- • After that, we delete everything
Disclaimers & Limits
Bonjour is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect 100% of the time. The AI especially—it's helpful but not infallible.
Our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss beyond what the law requires.
Changes to Terms
We'll notify you if we make major changes. Continued use means you accept the updates.

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.

Legal Terms
The following constitutes the binding legal agreement between you and Bonjour.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Bonjour service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Bonjour provides a cloud-based team collaboration platform that includes task management, team communication, note-taking, and AI-powered assistance features. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content and Data
You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Bonjour a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your User Content for any purpose other than operating the Service, except as required by law.
5. AI Features
The Service includes AI-powered features that process your team's data to provide assistance. AI outputs are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI features are provided for convenience only and should not be relied upon for critical business decisions without independent verification. AI features only access data within your team's workspace and do not share information between teams or organizations.
6. Fees and Payment
Core features of the Service are provided free during the beta period. AI-powered features are billed on a consumption basis according to the pricing displayed in your account settings. Fees are billed monthly in arrears. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (f) use automated systems to access the Service without permission; or (g) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which we will delete your User Content. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BONJOUR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO BONJOUR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonjour and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. General Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bonjour regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
